Your Annual Dues are an important contribution to the continued operation of the
Longford North Improvement Association.
Presently, dues are a mere $35.00 and are due and payable in July of each calendar year.
Dues contribution forms and envelopes are sent to your address every year to help make the process simple and easy for you.
Your contribution goes toward ensuring that annual events will continue. Events such as:
Easter Egg Hunt
Yard Sale and Dumpster Day
Halloween Pizza Party
Neighborhood Social Events
Although payment of dues is voluntary, please bear in mind that according to the Longford North Improvement Association By-Laws on voting: “Each homeowner in total or in part, who is 18 years or older and has paid current annual dues shall have one vote.” Yearly payment of dues will give you a voice in any important future issues that may arise.
